Academia Pro is built by Chwezi Core Systems. This website is used to explain the product, answer pre-sales questions, and receive demo requests from schools and school operators.
What information we collect
When you submit a demo request, we may collect your name, school name, role, phone number, email address, approximate student count, and any message you choose to send us.
Why we collect it
- To respond to demo requests and follow-up questions.
- To prepare a product walkthrough that fits your school size and needs.
- To keep a basic record of inbound sales enquiries.
How we use your information
We use submitted information only for product communication, scheduling, follow-up, and related pre-sales support. We do not sell personal information submitted through this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to manage the sales conversation, keep a business record of the enquiry, or meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not publish your information. We may share it internally with the Chwezi Core Systems team members handling product enquiries and demo scheduling. We may also share it with service providers strictly involved in operating email or hosting infrastructure.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect submitted information. No internet-based system is risk-free, but we limit collection to what is needed and keep handling narrow and purposeful.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask what information you have submitted, request corrections, or ask that we delete an enquiry record where retention is not required.
