Per academic term — not monthly. Uganda schools run on three terms per year, and our billing matches that. You pay once per term for the modules your school uses.

Yes. Upgrade at any point. Additional modules activate immediately. Billing adjusts from the upgrade date to the end of the current term.

Yes. Add-ons are purchased independently of your base tier. A Starter school can activate Mobile Money Direct Payment without upgrading to Growth.

Yes — both natively. The fees module records MoMo and Airtel Money with reference number fields. With the Direct Payment add-on, payments from parents auto-reconcile to the student fee record.

All three: PLE (P7, 4-point aggregate), UCE (S4, 9-point scale with division I–IV), UACE (S6, principal and subsidiary points for university entry). No configuration needed.

Yes. Thematic (P1–P3), Activity-Based (P4–P7), Lower Secondary (S1–S4), A-Level (S5–S6). Class names pre-loaded: Baby Class through S6.

The Pro tier includes multi-campus management. Switch between campuses from one login, with per-campus data isolation and consolidated reporting.

Yes. The Hostel/Boarding module (Growth tier) manages hostel blocks, room assignment, and boarding fees per term, integrated with the main fees module.

Yes. Via browser on any phone, or via the Android app add-on with push notifications.

The main system needs internet. The Online Examinations add-on includes offline question caching — students load questions while connected and complete offline if needed.

Global Student Identity: the student keeps their full academic history — attendance, results, fees, behaviour — linked to their profile at the new school.
