# Academia Pro

> Academia Pro is a cloud-based, multi-tenant school management system built in Kampala for nursery, primary, and secondary schools in Uganda and East Africa, billed on the three-term academic calendar and integrated with MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money.

Academia Pro is developed by Chwezi Core Systems and handles student records, term-based fees collection with mobile money reconciliation, UNEB-aligned examinations (PLE, UCE, UACE), staff payroll with Uganda PAYE/NSSF/LST logic, attendance, and government (EMIS/MoES) reporting in one platform. It is sold in three subscription tiers — Starter, Growth, and Pro — plus optional add-on modules, billed in UGX per term or per year. It is purpose-built for how Ugandan schools actually operate, rather than adapted from a generic overseas template.
